Kai's Letter to Poppy

Kai was down at Nana's for supper....Kai was writing a letter and the conversation went like this:

Nana: "What are you writing Kai and who are you writing?"

Kai: "I am writing a letter to Poppy."

Nana: "Read your letter to me."

Kai: "Dear Poppy, I hope you get better and I hope you are feeling better and I want you to come home."

Nana: "Do you miss Poppy?"

Kai: "Yes, I miss him a lot and I miss Jack, not the one in the room, the other Jack, he died and he is up there now." (pointing upward) "But Poppy is not dying is he?"

Nana: "No, Poppy isn't dying, he is there because he needs nursing care because of his illness. Poppy knows we all love him and miss him."
