Where do Dogs go?

Kai asked Nana the following, "Nana, do dogs go to heaven when they die?"

Trying to give him an answer to satisfy his inquiring mind, she says, "Well, Kai, I am sure there is a "special" place for doggies when they die. We will call it "doggie heaven."

CJ then jumps into the conversation and says, "Nana, dogs do not go to heaven because they do not have a soul, but we do."

To which Nana says, "Yes CJ, you are right, dogs don't have a soul and yes we do, But I am sure God will have a special place for special dogs."

As Nana was relaying the story to me, she says, "I hope my answer wasn't too far off the theology path!" :-)
