Adoption Weekend - Chicago Style

Day 2 (Saturday) we were supposed to go to Six Flags to Wiggles World but when we opened the curtains it was pouring rain so it was off to the Shedd Aquarium instead. After we paid our $40 for parking, we walking in the pouring rain across the fields to the aquarium. We get to the line up and it was quite long (it seemed everyone had the same idea we did). We stood in line, trying to share an umbrella between the four of us when a employee walks up to us and says, "What Penguin did we just bring...blah blah blah" We were looking at her like how are we supposed to know, then she motions to us that we are standing on the answer, so we say the answer (I couldn't even tell you what it was now) and she says you're right and hands us four free tickets to the aquarium and we got to by-pass everyone in line (which by the way was hours long)!!!

After we were done at the aquraium and we came outside it had stopped raining so we decided to take the Water Taxi across to Navy Pier.

One lady asked if we wanted out picture done together, we said sure, as we were doing this, she said to smile and CJ shouts out, "Armpit!" Not sure where that came from! :-)

After we got to the Navy Pier we decided to go on the big ferris wheel.....here's a couple of pictures where we are pretending to be afraid! :-)

Forgot to mention that all weekend Kai was asking if we were going back to our Show and Tell! He was referring to the Hotel! :-) Good thing we are getting his ears checked again tomorrow! Clearly Show and Tell = Hotel! :-)
