I think Kai was a little disappointed. I was telling them on the way to get their picture taken that they had to tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas. As we were waiting in line they were practising showing Santa how old they were. When Santa asked Kai his name, Kai held up his four fingers! :-) Then the question came from Santa, "What would you like for Christmas?" Kai told him he wanted a trumpet (using his hands to show him) and a drum (again using his hands)....CJ went on and on about the car and marbles he wanted.
As we were leaving Kai was like where's my trumpet? He was very disappointed. I tried to explain to him that you just tell Santa what you want today and then he goes back to the North Pole to make it for Christmas!
Oh well, I wasn't disappointed. I love the picture! They aren't really looking at the camera but their smiles are great!
