So all is well, CJ did his first full day of SK and took the bus to school! Here's some pics! He's showing us the lights on his shoes in the one picture. I did follow the bus to school and watched as his friends mother waited for him at the gate (once he got off the bus) and took him over to play with Nathan (which I was very grateful for)!! I have to admit I was tempted to leave work early to follow the bus home to make sure he didn't get off before he was supposed to (but I didn't!).
And he's off!!!
He said he had a great day at school! He didn't need to use the washroom once (if you were reading my blog last year, you would know that the potty was an issue at school for CJ initially last year). I asked him if he learned any French words today? To which he applied, "Oh No! We didn't do that!" :-) So I'm wondering what the point of sending him to French Immersion is! hehehe
