CJ breakthrough! ;-)

For those of you that know CJ well you know he doesn't enjoy the water...at all. Last year at day care they had the wading pool out almost daily and it was the very last day of the summer before he even ventured to stand in it.

Two tries of swimming lessons didn't even help, so we've put that on the shelf for a while. Anyway, my phone was ringing yesterday and I noticed it was the day care number. I answered and it was CJ, "Mommy, I was in the big pool with Kimmie!" I said, "What? You were?" Then I heard Kimmie in the background saying, "Tell mommy she owes me a chocolate bar!" I kept saying I don't think that CJ was going to get into the pool and Kimmie kept saying, I'll have him in before the end of summer. Only one week later, he's in and loved it! He'll be a water dog yet! ;-)
