So Kai and I were off to the ear specialist again today for our six month follow-up. Well his hearing in the left ear is quite diminished. This is because the tube is out and is blocking the ear canal. Which means it will likely be out soon. There is already fluid behind his ear which will likely mean an ear infection soon. The doctor now wants to see him in four months instead of six and this could mean surgery in the not too distant future if he starts up with the ear infections again. Let the cycle begin! :-)
